For 20 years, I have been dedicated to providing excellent customer service at multiple positions across multiple industries. However, it didn’t start out that way. I was a lazy ‘fringe’ employee who just wanted to collect a paycheck and didn’t care about meeting the needs of the customer. Over time, I realized how providing amazing customer service could be fulfilling, and began to develop strategies for myself to ensure I was providing empathy and care to each customer I served. During my time as a Corporate Trainer and Manager, I began to share these strategies with my employees. After seeing them work in practice, I am excited to share my thoughts, tips, and tricks to help motivate your employees and begin building a culture of customer retention through astounding service.
